If you have a joint agreement with a friend or spouse, you must both give notice of termination using your personal credentials to make it final.
If your friend or spouse is moving out of your shared apartment, you must also both give your notice of termination and the person remaining in the apartment must apply for an internal transfer so that we can make a new agreement without him/her losing the apartment.
According to the Act on Residential Leases, the notice period for the tenant is one calendar month and this is always calculated as the end of the following month.
