When we have an offer to make, you will receive a notification via email or SMS, depending on your selected contact method. usually this happens around 4-6 weeks before the need of housing. The apartment offer itself can be found in the Tenant pages and you can accept or reject the offer only there.
Accepting an apartment offer
Check the received offer carefully. Make sure that, for example, the apartment’s floor plan and rent level are something you are comfortable with. All accepted offers are binding.
You can accept an offered apartment once you have confirmed accepting the rental agreement terms and the general rules and regulations. If the Accept button is inactive, you must check the checkbox first to indicate that you accept the terms and rules.
Once you have accepted the offer, please make a payment for the deposit using the payment information provided in the Tenant pages. With internal transfers, the old deposit will be moved over to the new agreement. However, you may have to pay an additional deposit if the sum is greater for the new apartment than the old one.
Rejecting an apartment offer
If you do not wish to accept an offer, it can always be rejected. The same applicant can be made maximum two offers, so please indicate that you wish to remain in the queue for a new offer when rejecting one. Also, edit your application at the same time if the reason for rejection is, for example, a wrong location or too high a price. By doing this, you can ensure that the new offer is more likely to suit your needs.
