There are car heating posts in the housing locations’ parking areas. The heating posts function either automatically based on the outside temperature or with a timer. These parking spaces are meant only for those who have rented a parking space. You can reserve a parking space for a monthly fee of 9€/month. In Tavasti’s garage the cost is 25 €/month.
The parking spaces are reserved via Tenant Pages except in Henrikki, the Student Houses, Aamurusko and Iltakajo. The key to the car heating post is picked up from the Housing Office. In Student Village West and Tavasti you can reserve only one parking space per apartment. In other locations you can reserve more parking spaces if there is spaces available.
