Tenant

9101 HR TYS recommends that all tenants take out a home insurance. If, for example, a tenant’s carelessness or appliances cause damage to the apartment, the tenant is responsible for paying TYS the foundation’s insurance policy’s deductible of 4000 € (minimum).
