Fire safety
Fire safety laws require that all apartments have fire alarms. The tenant is responsible for acquiring a fire alarm, and is also responsible for that the fire alarm works. Since the beginning of 2010 in the bigger apartments have to be multiple fire alarms, one alarm per every 60 m2. Shared apartments should have fire alarms in the common areas as well as in the individual rooms.
