Ispuri is situated in Puistomäki, along Ispoisten puistotie. Originally Ispuri I was built as a dormitory house for the former Technical Institute of Turku. The building was renovated completely in 2003–2004. As an original solution the building was split into two parts for getting more space. The house was totally modernized and all apartments got balconies. Ispuri II&III low redbrick apartment houses were completed in 1984. Also in Ispuri II&IIII almost all apartments have balconies facing the park.
The seaside is only a little bit more than one kilometre away. There you can find for example Ispoinen beach, Uittamo pavilion, canoeing centre and boat harbour. Katariina Nature Park with many nature trails is not located far away either.
All apartments have direct Internet access ( Kyläverkko connection). All apartments have cable TV, so the digital adapter has to be suitable for cable network. See the full brochure for more information about the apartments.
