Henrikki is a charming wooden housing complex situated next to Yliopistonmäki (campus area) and the Cathedral, within only a short distance from the city centre. All 18 apartments in Henrikki are unique; in the cobblestone inner yard there is a place where the residents can barbeque as well as a playground for children. Some of the apartments reach up to three metres in height; in addition the original tile-ovens as well as the beautiful wooden floors in some apartments also contribute to the unique atmosphere.
The apartments in Henrikki can be applied only through internal transfer. Since the housing complex is a very popular one, queuing may take a long time. The apartments in Henrikki are let out only for a limited period of maximum five years.
All apartments in Henrikki have direct Internet (Kyläverkko connection). Apartments have cable TV, so the digital adapter has to be suitable for cable network. If you want to read more about the apartments see the full brochure.
