The magnificent Auranhelmi housing complex is situated right next to Turku city centre, by the river Aura. Auranhelmi is a former tile factory building, and the historical atmosphere is still present today. The mere height of the rooms together with the astonishingly beautiful arched windows contributes to the apartments’ extravagance. Most of the apartments that are situated on the top floor have two storeys and ceiling windows. Auranhelmi’s apartments are all unique and comfortable. In summertime, customers of the Turku guest-harbour also use Auranhelmi’s laundry and sauna facilities.
Auranhelmi is a very popular housing complex and, therefore, the queues are long. The apartments in Auranhelmi are let out only for a limited period of maximum five years.
